He has lived and worked in
Asia, Africa, Latin America, Europe
and North America. Ernie is
co-author of "Action reflection
learning: solving real business
problems by connecting learning with
earning" (Davies Black, 2008) and
the author of the lntelitec Program
Planning Guide: The Team Approach.

articles on teamwork and Action Reflection Learning for the
American Management Association Management Review and the

Ernie has an MA in Educational Administration from City
College in New York and a BA in English Literature from

Vivien Pau has over 25 years
management, marketing, coaching and training experience
across a broad range of industries including e-commerce,
market research and retail banking. She was the CEO of a
leading e-commerce business in Hong Kong, where she started
and built the business with no established industry model to
follow. When she left the business, it was the largest
Chinese e-commerce business in Hong Kong with a high
performing team, an established infrastructure and a growing
customer base worldwide.

Pam Birkett is a LIM
Learning Coach and has over 20 years of coaching and
training experience, assisting companies to devise, develop
and deliver customized solutions to meet their business
needs. She believes strongly that the best results come
when the people themselves are actively involved in
co-creating the desired outcomes. She has worked with local
and international companies in Asia, Europe, America and
Australia.

After working for an international management consultancy
company for 7 years, she worked as a Performance Consultant
on a project basis for different organizations. She joined
LIM as an Associate in 2000.
She is from the United Kingdom but has lived in Italy for
three years and in Asia for over 20 years. She has a BA in
Modern Languages from Leicester University and a Post
Graduate Certificate in Education from Oxford University.

A former senior banker with a
distinguished 25-year career with HSBC grounded in the
principles of integrity, competency and resilience. A key
feature of Victor’s banking career was the leadership role
that led change in HSBC with the development and delivery of
the highly successful Partner services in Malaysia. This
initiative laid the foundation to the Group’s world-wide
Premier and PowerVantage personal banking services.

In recognition of Victor’s
contributions in conceptualizing, developing and marketing
of financial services, he was conferred the “Fellow” status
(FCIM), the highest professional award by CIM, the largest
marketing body in Europe. He was the first banker in
Malaysia and Singapore to receive this accolade.
Over the
last 12 years Victor built his own practice in executive
search. The knowledge, skills and contacts developed in
Malaysia and Asia-Pacific over these years proved invaluable
in finding solutions to the high level leadership positions
in banking, finance, marketing and sales.

An HR practitioner with 20 years
experience covering in HR policies, change management,
compensation & benefits and recruitment. Jas was recognized
for her ability in adapting and driving organizational
changes when the business operations changed hands twice
from International Petroleum to BHP to Lundin Oil. This
experience sharpen her skills in organization development,
team work and change management.

Prior to this, Jas was the
Program Coordinator for a UNESCO/UNDP organization that
focused on training and upgrading broadcasting skills in
developing countries.
Over the last 12 years, she remains an active Partner with
VM Search Consultants that focuses on high level executive
recruitment in the financial, ICT and Telco sectors. Jas
holds the Master of Science (MSc) degree in Human Resources
Management from the University of Lincoln, UK.

international conferences in the fields of governance,
control and risk management.

Ruby is a seasoned Human

region.

merger and integration of two companies Astra and Zeneca,
then later on UCB and Schwarz where she drove the

As a big picture thinker, Ruby’s expertise includes a keen
sensitivity and ability to develop and motivate high
performing teams, and to coach executives in transition.

Te Benitez has over 25 years
experience as a human resources and training & organization
development professional with Intel Corporation, a
multinational Fortune 500 company. Being a HR partner
supporting the factories, she gained valuable experience in
managing company life cycles including start-up, ramp-up and
downsizing. She was responsible for all major HR functions
before she left the Philippine operations to move to Greater
Asia Region HR. In that role, Te was responsible for
building global leadership and management |

capability for Intel in Asia
and co-developed strategies for technical and leadership
capability development through continuing education
initiatives.
At present, she remains an active capability development
consultant, helping organizations in strategic planning and
business development, global leadership and management
development, change and transition management, executive
coaching, building high performing teams, cross-cultural and
virtual team development, HR strategy development and
operations, and training for improved performance.

change management brought her to other Avon Asia/Pacific
region sites to coach and train senior managers.

Chit is a veteran human
resources practitioner, mostly honed in Intel Corporation’s
manufacturing operations in the Philippines. She is
also active in the growth of the HR profession in the
country as the first female president of the
People Management Association of the Philippines and PMAP’s
Society of Fellows.
Her other passions are in the area of corporate social
responsibility (CSR) and empowerment of women, which started
when she pioneered the public affairs

function for Intel Philippines and later on in the
Asian Region as Public Affairs and CSR Manager.
She remains active in this area through the American
Chamber of Commerce Foundation as a a member of the Board of
Trustees and through Zonta International.
She currently does consulting and coaching, focusing on

Singapore Technologies Group and has held senior positions.

organizations including APSDEP/ILO, International Resource
Centre/Sasakawa Peace Foundation (Japan) and Raymond Group
India.

keen interest in Scenario Planning, OD, Performance
Improvement and Leadership.
He is current President, ASTD Global Network Singapore, a

(George Washington University) and ASTD CPLP.
