Ernie Turner

President and Partner, LIM LLC

 

Ernie Turner has more than thirty years experience, working with a wide variety of international corporations in developing high-performing teams and leaders, managing organizational change, making mergers work and executive coaching. He has lived and worked in Asia, Africa, Latin America, Europe and North America. Ernie is co-author of "Action reflection learning: solving real business problems by connecting learning with earning" (Davies Black, 2008) and the author of the lntelitec Program Planning Guide: The Team Approach.

He has also co-authored articles on teamwork and Action Reflection Learning for the American Management Association Management Review and the ASTD Journal.
 
Ernie has an MA in Educational Administration from City College in New York and a BA in English Literature from Wheaton College.

Tony Pearson
Partner, LIM LLC

Tony Pearson brings twenty years of line management experience to his consulting and coaching work in organizational change, leadership and team development and gender work.

Tony has helped companies in Asia, Eastern and Western Europe and Africa to improve the skills of managers at all levels. He has been a presenter at the national conferences of the American Management Association, the Organization Development Network and the American Society for Training and Development. His writing has been published in Training & Development.
 
Tony has an MA in Organizational Psychology from Teacher's College, Columbia University and a BA from Oxford University, England, in French and Italian Literature.

Isabel Rimanoczy
Partner, LIM LLC

Dr. Isabel Rimanoczy is a Legacy Coach, Partner in LIM, and co-author of “Action Reflection Learning: Solving Real Business Problems by Connecting Learning with Earning” (Davies-Black Publishing, 2008). Isabel is a frequent speaker and presenter at international conferences, and the editor of LIM News, a monthly newsletter featuring articles on leadership and learning challenges. She is on the faculty at Fairleigh Dickinson University where she teaches Sustainability.

Isabel grew up in Argentina, where she earned her BA and MA in Psychology at the University of Buenos Aires, as well as an MBA at the University of Palermo. She obtained her doctorate at Teachers College, Columbia University, where she researched business leaders championing sustainability initiatives. She is currently writing a book on the Sustainability Mindset.

She is the Founder and Director of MINERVAS, Women Changing the World, a nonprofit organization that supports women making a difference.

Willie Anderson
Partner, LIM LLC

Willie Anderson joined LIM after a variety of management positions at Amoco and BP Amoco where he successfully implemented several major change efforts including performance management, supplier alliances, diversity, cost leadership and college recruiting. Willie led the following departments during his tenure: refining operations, maintenance, engineering, inspection, project management, alliances and procurement. Through 20 years of management experience he was a talented Leader/Coach at Amoco and now - as a LIM Learning Coach - works to develop teams and leaders.

Willie holds an MBA from The College of William and Mary and a BSME from the University of Virginia. He also is a licensed professional engineer.

Ronald Waugh
Partner, LIM LLC

Ronald Waugh has been working since 1999 to support LIM's global and Latin American leadership development efforts from his base in Santiago, Chile.
 
Born and raised in the United States, Ron has worked extensively in Europe, where he was a senior executive in a large, global manufacturing concern, responsible for Mergers & Acquisitions and Strategic Planning. He has significant experience with organizational change and organizational culture, and was part of an executive team that successfully led the company through a global reorganization, a change of shareholder, and then through a major acquisition.

Other key accomplishments include designing and leading leadership and team development programs in both Europe and Latin America. Ron has his MBA from Harvard University and holds a BA from Wabash College in International Economics and German.

Beena Sharma
Associate

Beena Sharma in her last executive position, was Group Vice President, Management Learning and Development, with a large conglomerate of businesses in India.

Beena, having been a Practice Leader in Whole-system Change efforts, and Large Scale Interactive Processes during her consulting years, brings with her significant experience in facilitating organizational development, including change strategies, and designing and anchoring change efforts.
 
A British Council Scholar from India in the field of developing Thinking Skills and proficient in the teaching of Creativity, Beena is currently a certified Learning Coach and actively works with LIM in consulting assignments as well as helping develop the LIM business in the North America region.

Mauricio Cardenas
LATAM Regional Manager

Mauricio Cardenas, M.A. in Technology Management and International Studies, is responsible for providing overall linkage and coordination between LIM's Latin American and the US operations.

He has spent the past 20 years supporting organizations around the globe in the development of their capacity to learn and change, so that their people grow and business challenges are solved. His more recent work has been in the area of team, leadership, and internal consulting skill development. 
Mauricio has also been a professor at business schools in the U.S. (Universities of Pittsburgh and North Carolina at Greensboro), Mexico (Monterrey Tech), Colombia (Universidad de los Andes), and Ecuador (Espol)

Vithal Nayak
CEO and Regional Director, SAARC and Middle East

Vithal Nayak has more than 25 years' experience, working with a wide variety of international corporations in people processes including developing high-performing teams and leaders, managing organizational change, competency management, talent management and coaching. He has lived and worked in India and the USA. Vithal has undertaken over 500 programs in various countries including USA, Sweden, Germany, Netherlands, France, Italy, China, Singapore, UAE and India. 

He is a certified Predictive Index Assessor, Development Centre Assessor and Learning Coach.

Vithal has an Graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters degree in Human Resources.

Carole Brown
Associate

Carole Brown has worked for almost 15 years as a coach and facilitator of organizational change. Since 2000, she has been an executive, career and life coach with her own company, The Thinking Team, and joined LIM as an Associate in 2007. Her work as a coach developed from her work as a management consultant, initially in the Organization Development group at Price Waterhouse, and later with the outplacement group of KPMG where she was a career consultant. It was at KPMG in 1991 that she first used Ned Herrmann’s ‘whole brain’ methodology and thinking styles and has used the HBDI as a development tool with hundreds of executives for individual and team coaching.
 

Carole holds a first class bachelor’s degree in Physiology from the University of Leeds and an MBA from London Business School. She also has also continued her own professional development and holds various coaching and other certifications. She has also studied general psychology, developmental psychology, psychotherapy and healing, and it is from this rich mix that she often takes elements and synthesizes them to create new learning interventions for the business world.

Ricardo Escobar
Country Manager -Mexico

Ricardo Escobar has worked extensively throughout Latin America as an organizational consultant and developer of human resources. Born in Colombia, his consulting work has taken him to Mexico, Costa Rica, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Argentina and Venezuela. A partial client listing includes Coca-Cola, Schering Plough, KPMG, Skytel, Chrysler, and Hewlett Packard. His line management experiences include positions of Sales manager and General Manager. Ricardo's specialization in process re-engineering, accelerated learning, and creativity applied to problem solving have made him a sought after keynote speaker at conferences for the last 10 years.

He is co-author of the book Creatividad en el Servicio, published by McGraw Hill 1996, and graduated in Humanities at AMHA Foundation in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Ana Emilia Ruby B. Palma
Associate

Ruby is a seasoned Human Resource professional with demonstrated and recognized strengths in organizational development (OD) and strategic learning and development. Before joining LIM she served as Regional Learning and Development Director for AstraZeneca in Asia Pacific where she designed the strategic learning agenda, and development of talents for 14 markets in the region.

Prior roles included being Human Resource Director of the Philippine operations of two multinational pharmaceutical companies she was played a strategic part in the merger and integration of two companies Astra and Zeneca, then later on UCB and Schwarz where she drove  the evolution of the new culture, led and navigated change, designed employee communication strategies, and  managed  the HR & Administration  team. 
 
As a big picture thinker, Ruby’s expertise includes a keen sensitivity and ability to develop and motivate high performing teams, and to coach executives in transition.

Ruby has an MBA from the Ateneo De Manila Business School.

Vivien Pau
Associate

Vivien Pau has over 25 years management, marketing, coaching and training experience across a broad range of industries including e-commerce, market research and retail banking. She was the CEO of a leading e-commerce business in Hong Kong, where she started and built the business with no established industry model to follow. When she left the business, it was the largest Chinese e-commerce business in Hong Kong with a high performing team, an established infrastructure and a growing customer base worldwide.

Pam Birkett
Associate

Pam Birkett is a LIM Learning Coach and has over 20 years of coaching and training experience, assisting companies to devise, develop and deliver customized solutions to meet their business needs.  She believes strongly that the best results come when the people themselves are actively involved in co-creating the desired outcomes.  She has worked with local and international companies in Asia, Europe, America and Australia.

After working for an international management consultancy company for 7 years, she worked as a Performance Consultant on a project basis for different organizations.   She joined LIM as an Associate in 2000. 
 

She is from the United Kingdom but has lived in Italy for three years and in Asia for over 20 years.   She has a BA in Modern Languages from Leicester University and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education from Oxford University.
