Carole Brown has worked for
almost 15 years as a coach and facilitator of organizational
change. Since 2000, she has been an executive, career and
life coach with her own company, The Thinking Team, and
joined LIM as an Associate in 2007. Her work as a coach
developed from her work as a management consultant,
initially in the Organization Development group at Price
Waterhouse, and later with the outplacement group of KPMG
where she was a career consultant. It was at KPMG in 1991
that she first used Ned Herrmann’s ‘whole brain’ methodology
and thinking styles and has used the HBDI as a development
tool with hundreds of executives for individual and team
coaching.
|
 |
|
Carole holds a first class
bachelor’s degree in Physiology from the University of Leeds
and an MBA from London Business School. She also has also
continued her own professional development and holds various
coaching and other certifications. She has also studied
general psychology, developmental psychology, psychotherapy
and healing, and it is from this rich mix that she often
takes elements and synthesizes them to create new learning
interventions for the business world. |
