Carole Brown has worked as
consultant and as a coach since the early 90s. Her work as a
coach developed from her work as a management consultant,
initially in the Organization Development group at Price
Waterhouse, and later with the outplacement group of KPMG
where she was a career consultant. It was at KPMG in 1991
that she first used Ned Herrmann’s ‘whole brain’ methodology
and thinking styles and has used the HBDI as a development
tool with hundreds of executives for individual and team
coaching.
|
 |
Carole joined LIM as an
Associate in 2007 and also continues her work at The
Thinking Team in applying Herrmann’s tools to team building
and leadership. Carole has broad cultural experience and
enjoys building the cultural awareness of teams in her work
with multinational clients. Born and raised in the United
Kingdom, she has lived most of the past ten years in the
United States and now divides her time between London and
Boston.
Carole holds a first class bachelor’s degree in Physiology
from the University of Leeds and an MBA from London Business
School. She regularly updates her own professional
development and holds various coaching and related
certifications. In addition Carole’s earlier career in
pharmaceutical marketing and strategy with Novartis provides
her with business insight into the challenges faced by many
of our pharma clients. It is from this rich mix of science,
business and professional development that she takes
elements and synthesizes them to create new learning
interventions for the business world. |
