Our approach is like no other; we work with you to develop a leadership development program that meets your needs. During a LIM Leadership Development  Program, participants work together and learn to experience the growth of high performance teams while working on real time projects 'owned' by an internal client. Each team determines its roles, norms, learning needs and work plan. A LIM Learning Coach is assigned to each team for observation and feedback providing just in time concepts and tools.
