Who is this
program for?
The program is designed for emerging talent. Young leaders are organized into project teams, where they work on these strategic CSR challenges, with the support of certified Learning Coaches and expert just-in-time instruction. They work within a blended learning context to develop the critical competencies, required to lead and manage complex CSR projects with multiple objectives and multiple stakeholders.
The participants work in teams to maximize diversity, and to offer an experiential cross-cultural/cross functional learning context. The ARL process integrates reflection and critical thinking into everyday business activity. Intensive feedback, coaching and individual support impact the perspectives and result in visible changes in the leadership and management style of participants. An integral part of each program is to have participants practice and receive feedback on new skills and behaviors that produce individual, team, organizational and business changes.
The process focuses the team members on systems thinking, and on an
evolving set of economic, environmental and social
challenges that address stakeholder demands for greater
transparency, accountability and responsibility, innovation,
new competencies, and developing commitment to
organizational change. We call this process
Earning While Learning™.
