The ARL approach to leadership development
LIM’s Leadership Development Program is a results-oriented leadership development process in which managers receive expert coaching while they are working to solve their organization's strategic business challenges. LIM coaches create and run these programs which generally run for 2-4 sessions, are spread over a period of several months and are held wherever the client does business.
