Developing Effective Global Organizations

LIM helps companies who are involved with critical change issues - cultural, global, organizational, strategic, and personal change. Today's globalized markets demand changes in relationships, work ethics, leadership styles, structure, procedures and customer expectations. Global leaders must acquire the skills and experience to effectively manage the transition process at many levels.

To accomplish this, participants work in cross-functional, cross-cultural, and virtual teams to develop the global mindset needed to reduce nationalistic and cultural prejudice, and to break down divisional walls and turf competition. Learning Coaches help them develop the skills as they manage projects with multiple objectives and multiple stakeholders.

Instilling Learning That Creates Real Behavioral Change

To compete effectively an organization must institutionalize behavioral change at all levels. The ARL process helps integrate techniques, such as reflection, critical thinking, feedback, coaching, and innovation into everyday business activity. In each program participants practice and receive feedback on how they are applying new skills and behaviors.
