Developing outcomes on five dimensions
Learning doesn’t just occur; it takes deliberate effort. Using
LIM's ‘pentagon’ development model we and the client develop programs designed to produce specific
outcomes on five dimensions. These are:
- Business
- Organization
- Team
- Professional
- Personal

Each participant defines and commits to achieving the outcomes, both as an individual and member of the team. Each establishes Personal Learning Goals which will contribute towards execution of the outcomes, and designs a Development Plan for his or her continued development after the program.
