Designed following the Action Reflection Learning® principles, participants practice the role of a Team Coach, receiving feedback and feed-forward from their team, their Mentor and the Learning Coaches facilitating the sessions. Participants learn new tools to refine their resources when with a real team; they learn the key elements of a High Performing Team, they learn the strategies and techniques to convert a difficult conversation into a learning conversation, and explore the power of Gentle Interventions. Continue your professional development in the TEAM COACHING Intermediate Level program. All this, fitting your schedule with our online sessions, the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month. Starting Jan 12, 2021 - End date: March 23 2021. Obtain 20.5 ICF Core CCEs and be mentored by ICF Certified Team Coaches. Upon processing your payment, you will receive an email confirmation with additional documentation within 24 hours. Complete the steps to finalize your registration and gain access to resource materials. Once you access the materials associated with this program, refunds are not permissible. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel and receive a full refund of the fees paid prior to 1-month before the start of the program. There is a 50% refund for anyone who provides a 1-week notification. There is no refund for those who give less than a 1-week notification.
