Fulfillment Policy


Payment of Fees


  • You will be invoiced the course fees upon registration

  • Payments are expected no later than the start of the course

  • Courses that cost more than $300 US will be invoiced via PayPal, Stripe or LIM’s accounting department.  Payments can be made via credit card or wire transfer

  • Courses valued less than $300 are automatically processed using PayPal

  • Should you experience any payment difficulties, then please contact us at

  • LIM will release program documents related to the registered course upon receipt of initial payments


Cancellation Policy

  • All refunds are “gross fees paid less banking costs”

  • Full refund if more than 30 days’ notice before course commencement ​

  • 75% refund if less than 30 days

  • ​50% if less than 7 days

Postponement / Change of Course Dates

In the event of a postponement or a change of course schedule by LIM, you have the option of joining an upcoming program or to cancel your enrollment and receive a full refund from LIM. You will receive payment within 4 weeks of your notification in writing. 

Postponement / Illness initiated by Enrollee

In the event that enrollee is not able to continue a course due to illness, a partial refund of fees paid will be awarded (less banking fees), pro-rated to the portion of the course that has not been completed.

Withdrawal due to Program not Meeting Expectations / Initiated by Enrollee

In the event that enrollee finds the program does not meet expectations (e.g., course content, level of difficulty), a partial refund of fees paid will be awarded (less banking and a 10% administrative fee), pro-rated to the portion of the course that has not been completed.

Delaying the Completion of a Full Program (which consists of multiple courses)

Enrollees can stop and start the TCCP provided stops are at clear completion points (e.g., completing course TCCP 101).  All prerequisites will remain applicable.


Due to the ever-changing world, once the TCCP is started, LIM expects all related courses to be completed within a maximum of three (3) years from the start date. 


Beyond 3 years, enrollees are required to be assessed by the Director of Coaching or any assigned Coach to determine acceptance of prior course completions.

Transfer of Credit          


LIM is not able to accept credits from other coach training institutions without a thorough review of the materials that were offered in that program.  Unfortunately, most team coach development programs are in various stages of development, and we would need to perform a side-by-side comparison of our programs to determine if credit transfers are doable.  After visiting the LIM website and you feel credit transfers may be possible, then please send an email with a brief explanation to and someone will get back to you for further review and discussion.
