Partner with AI for more impact: Use AI as your co-designer to craft high-impact coaching sessions that blend human insight with technological intelligence.

Program Purpose

TCMP equips coaches to work skillfully across the realities of today’s workplace — future disruptions, AI, diversity, sustainability, and senior team dynamics — while staying grounded in Shared Leadership Disciplines and Action Reflection Learning principles.

Who is this program for?

This program is designed for:

Shared Leadership Team Coaches as a progression from the TCCP
ICF ACTC holders & experienced team coaches seeking mastery
Graduates of TCCP or other team coaching programs

Expected Outcomes:

Build mastery in team coaching foundations and Shared Leadership -- Participants strengthen their capability to coach teams using ICF Core Competencies and Shared Leadership Disciplines to create higher performing teams.
Coach teams effectively in the future AI-powered workplace -- Participants develop the confidence and capability to coach teams navigating AI transformation, strengthen human-AI collaboration, and enabling teams to think critically when working with AI-generated solutions.
Enable diverse teams to become more inclusive, collaborative, and adaptive -- Participants learn how to coach diverse teams to strengthen inclusion, collaboration, and adaptive capability in increasingly complex environments.
Coach teams and organizations toward environmental sustainability and long-term impact -- Participants gain the capability to facilitate sustainability awareness and engage teams in meaningful sustainability conversations.
